I would come again for sure, we hand some ants near the balcony but the staff was easily approachable and sprayed the floor. I think the beach seats should be included for all hotel guests instead of paying 25$ to rent it. Very clean facilities, beach and pool :) overall I enjoyed my stay.

The property was fairly clean and kept up. Some of the areas that they have done repairs were poorly done. For an expensive place some of the maintenance was looking bad. Staff was very nice and courteous. Some language problems with housekeeping but on the whole great.

The resort was beautiful. Our condo was ckean and very spacious. The only complain that we had was that on our last day there was construction in the room next door at 8 am in the morning. It would have been nice to be made aware of the construction beforehand. We were awakened by loud banging.

Nice but not 5 star.
Pros: Clean, nicely decorated, great pool area for kids, socializing, on-site restaurant pretty good, nearby eateries and shopping, entertainment. Cons: The hostess at the Landshark was awful and rude. She ignored us and when I finally asked if we could just grab a table she was pretty ugly. Parking. I booked through a 3rd party and didn't realize they charged for parking valet $25, self parking $15. It wasn't a big deal but the parking was kinda far from the entrance and not gated or secure. Didn't feel like a good value. I got sick! My husband and I split plates throughout the day. The only thing different was we got different drinks at the pool bar. I had one of the worst stomach bugs I've had in awhile.

The hotel needs remodeled. When we first checked in, the room smelled of mold. The ac unit had black mold growing. They did give us a new room, but we ended up with food poisoning from the restaurant. Resort prices but not resort appeal and amenities. Go elsewhere.
