Every thing was wonderful and has a Super friendly and helpful staff.. The balcony was small but still has a good view of the ocean and area. Beds are comfortable and the rain shower head is relaxing. The pool is very spacious and has a swim up bar. and the Land Shark restaurants has a super friendly staff with great drink and food options. Everyone was helpful and great attitudes, but how can they not, they work in paradise. I would be happy to stay at Margaritaville again, in fact can’t wait!

Rooms were clean, but evidence of wear and tear evident; sheets felt nubby not smooth; bath sink cracked and leaking bath tub had chip and corners in bath dirty. Lots of silly rules which clearly means that thy get a lot of spring break kids. Restaurant was out of almost every beer. My husband asked for and for both meals we ate in restaurant they did not have meal of choice available. There was not enough staff in restaurant cause slow service. However. The restaurant staff was very good on trying to make things work they were pleasant …. Of note my son ordered the poor boy shrimp salad and the shrimp was bad, we were not the only people to send back the shrimp and the waiter kindly deducted the meal from Our bill.

While the beach’s closeness and the toddler-friendly pool were highlights, the resort fell short of our expectations. The room was clean, but a persistent sewage odor from the bathroom was troubling. Despite reporting this to the front desk, maintenance dismissed it as a housekeeping issue and took no action. Additionally, the mini fridge was faulty, leading to spoiled baby milk. We also encountered a lack of towels and toilet paper upon arrival, which took some time to be resolved by housekeeping. Given the price paid, we anticipated basic amenities to be in order without the discomfort of unpleasant smells.

When we got there the hotelook amazing outside and inside, until we got to our room in the 8th floor, our beds were missing part of the frame, and one of the queen size beds felt like the box spring was missing, also the AC has to be working in south texas, but it was not the AC was set to 65 bit it felt like 80 inside the room and there was no WIFI access on the eight floor. I had to call the front desk twice to get any sort of resolution. We finally got changed rooms to the 6th floor and it was like night and day.

The friendly valet staff greeted us, walking into the lobby was beautiful. Loved the ocean view from room, the walk to the beach. Loved the heated pool. Rooms were clean and very pretty.
