Wonderful stay besides valet!
My stay was great and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. I would have given them 5 stars but at checkout I texted valet for my vehicle and waited right at an hour. I was told by text valet would let me know when my car was ready, no notification. We decided to head down stairs and while walking to valet we see it’s not busy and the car is just sitting there, been there, with no notification that it was ready. Please work on that service, unacceptable

This property is very picturesque. The trolley rides were a great feature. The pool on the second floor was great. The spa great. Our TV never worked but we had a great time.

We found and killed 10 roaches in our room. 2 in the bathroom. 6 on bedding material. 2 on the carpet in the room. We let hotel staff know and they cleaned the room and changed bedding. Of the 10 total, 4 were found after the bedding change. Another room was not offered.

We had a great stay! I would suggest having a ton of pizzas hot and ready to go when a concert ends because the look of that line and the wait last night was crazy.
