Lost of noise at night. Lots of heavy drinkers in the halls late at night. Room was very small for the furniture in the room. Only closet hanging space was in the bathroom where everything got steamed.

We've always have a great experience when stay at there. Room is always cleaning. The staff has been helpful and friendly. They have great accommodations for children and grandchildren.

The property is under construction and a lot of noise. I really look forward to sitting in the spa but it would not work and staff did not know how to fix it.

This property is about 20 year past its best before date. The side doors to the outside do not latch so anyone can enter the hotel. There is a large gap around the room door and the room walls/ceiling are paper-thin. Too bad for you if you get the partiers above you or kids next door. This place is sadly in need of a major overhaul.

The hotel was ok. No elevators unfortunately. They were able to accommodate us by getting a main floor room because my husband can not do stairs, but it seemed like a great inconvenience for the staff member to change our room. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows are very hard.

The front desk staff member was kind and informative. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff never was very kind. The king suite was spacious and accommodating but the walls had very limited sound proof. We were on the bottom floor and it sounded like someone was doing gymnastics all night upstairs. You could hear conversations from the rooms next to us. The pool water smelled a little foul and had no smell of chlorine. The hot tub smelled worse and we think my sister in law may have gotten ringworm from it. Overall the hotel was clean except for the pool and hot tub water.
