Gross and hair covered.
We had two rooms and both rooms were covered in black human hair. We were here for a funeral so we just went to the room late at night and unfortunately didn’t discover that we were sleeping and showering in someone else’s hair until that morning. Some of us didn’t even shower because they spotted it before they got in. We I told the front desk as we were leaving and they offered to go clean them so we could shower?! Not helpful.

Have a wonderful two days visit some friends taking some sites went to some very good restaurants visit with some very nice people at excellent tips from people in the hotel who work there of where to eat and where to go I would recommend highly anybody staying in the Pocatello area 🎉

But the FAN!
Everything was great! But, for the AC. the fan was very loud and out of balance. Room 411. The staff were wonderfulr the room clean, But the fan needs to be replaced.

It was so-so. There was a particularly irritating youngster screaming in the hall and lots of noise from workers dropping their equipment on the floors. The prefab breakfast isn’t very pleasant. I know it’s difficult to improve but it is very repetitive and tasteless. The coffee is great.

Upon arrival, the front desk appeared to need more training. We are rewards members & she said we weren’t & charged us extra. My wife went down to show that we are & another gal took the info & later said we have 2 accounts. In short, Saturday morning we tried to eat twice& the employee was complaining she needed help… we never ate, out of food! Another disappointment, our room wasn’t cleaned & the containers in shower were low& conditioner was out!! This was very disappointing! The email of our receipt still showed extra charge. Our price was quoted as $170. & the final was $217.51 per night!
