Quick Family Getaway
We stayed overnight on Saturday, October 5th for a quick weekend getaway. We were offered a room upgrade at no extra charge, which was very nice. The room was very clean and roomy. The only thing that could have been better was the pull out couch mattress. The mattress was very thin, so the springs were not cushioned at all making it uncomfortable. It worked out fine though. Also, the pool was not heated, so it was very cold to swim in. That didn’t stop the kids from having fun still. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Location is great, however, the AC was making noise so maintenance came to fix it. The AC filter was dirty and was not changed - change 4 times a year. Booked a Accesibe two queen bed room for my 85 year old. Mother-in-law with a walker—-so we Would have a walk-in shower —- they said they had none —I paid extra for it and when I got there, they said they did not know anything about it. They said it was a Expedia issue and that this happens all the time Of course we were not happy
