My card reader for my hotel door would scratch my hotel card every time I tried to use it and I would have to go down to the lobby and get a new card. I would only get a new card if a staff was available at the desk. I think out of the 12 times I checked only 5 times was there a staff ready to “help”. There is a number that says “call for assistance” don’t bother, it will just ring forever. There was countless times I would not be able to get into my room for 30-40 minutes due to lack of help. The bed sheets had stains on it, shower was mildewed, carpet had a particular scent to it. Out of the three days I was there they didn’t change my sheets or take and replace my towels once. I even asked at one point. Still no help. I told the front desk guy about the card reader and he just said “okay” and gave me a new card every time. There was a “no drinking water from tap” temporary ban out that Idaho state posted and the hotel did not provide free water as required by law. I had to ask the same staff 7 times to grab me a bottle of water and he kept saying he didn’t have any until he realized I wouldn’t leave and he finally did. The restaurants and bars around were typical. Nothing great but not bad. My door didn’t fully seal when closed so you could see through the crack of the door. I had to keep the old school latch lock on the entire time so someone wouldn’t easily sneak in. 0/5 would never recommend or stay here again.

David at the front desk is very kind, professional and good at his job. The breakfast person did a great job. Our sink electric outlet didn’t work, the adjoining door to the other room wouldn’t lock so there was a random chair propped against it, the bathroom had two hairs on the tub and an exposed vent fan. The baseboards were filthy. Nice carpet and comfy beds and giant tv but some deferred maintenance and a good cleaning is needed pronto. Nice location across from the park. Again, David is the shining star of the property.

There were many families living in this hotel. The young children were running around unattended and screaming. The facilities are very dirty and run down. When I arrived there were homeless people hanging out behind the hotel. We checked out early and cut our trip short

I felt the property looked really old and the carpet was in disrepair. Only one staff member was particularly friendly. I honesty didn't feel very welcome.

Based in the room we stayed in, this place is in need of a complete renovation inside and out! There are plumbing issues and cosmetic damage.

Outside was dirty. Grounds were full of tall weeds and unkept. Room had beat up furniture, old yellowing sheets and pillowcases. Breakfast was marginal at best. A 25.00 per night room for 100.00. Could have been much better with a little elbow grease.

The room itself was one of the grossest rooms I've stayed in in a very long time. Tables and countertops were sticky to the touch, furniture was best up, carpet, bedding and pillows felt as if they were the original materials from when the hotel was new. The shower had a leak somewhere in the wall that leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The paint and patchwork was so evident, it looked like the room had gone through a dozen remodels by someone who doesn't even know construction. This place is long overdue for an overhaul.

Wi-Fi was not always reliable. Due to its location, there was some minor noise issues overnight. The inside had a scruffy appearance. Breakfast was adequate for a start to the day. There was an Elmers next door, which was handy. Staff were friendly.

Beds were clean. Thats what we came for but the shower was dirty so we hit the road and showered at the next place. This place needs a major renovation. Staff was accomodating and this was just a rest stop so we are very grateful.
