What a mixed bag! Nice staff but so many details missing from operations. No forks or meat at the “breakfast”. Waffles with no forks. Seriously? My Direct TV box had to be rebooted every time the TV was turned on. A bed so hard I am surprised anyone could sleep on it. This is probably the nicest property in this remote location but so many misses you can’t ignore.

We loved that they let us store our luggage and clothing in the dining area corner since we had to be at the Heldorado parade at checkout time. It was super convenient and the girls at the front desk were wonderful and even helped us out with our luggage!

A nice place but could use some updating and a bit of attention to detail in cleanliness. The toilet was stopped up and almost overflowed. There were cheerios on the floor and a few short stray dark hairs in the shower enclosure. We only stayed one night and were too tired to complain to management

They had verry limited breakfast they had advertised a great breakfast however when we got to the breakfast it was very limited they did not follow the advertised breakfast. The staff was very slow when checking in they had problems with their computers and told us that if we book 3 party to request downstairs since they don’t have elevators .

The hotel is dated, it was clean for the most part. We didnt have maid service so we had to get our own towels, but for this lication it is probably your best bet for a hotel.

The microwave didn’t work in the room..friend has allergies and has to bring own food..was unable to eat. When told that microwave didnt work, instead of bring up a working one, was told maintenance would start work at 9 and he could take a look but they didn’t know when. The air conditioner made a swueaky door sound everytime it shut off, woke us both up several times.
