We booked the hotel online when we arrived at 9:30 PM on 06/21/2024 to check in, the access door was closed, we knocked on the door several times, we called on the phone and no one answered, when we were leaving a person appeared who opened the door for us, gave us the room and the air conditioning was broken and the knobs were missing to make it work, TERRIBLE

I really expected much more from Wyndham
Check in was pleasant. This room was gross. On first sight and anti bacterial wipe down it seemed ok. No dirt on surfaces. BUT, the grout on the bathroom floor was black. The tub was a had a tall ring that would have easily been cleaned with a bit of good cleanser and a little elbow grease. Why do hotels use eco-friendly products that do not clean. There was dirt on the floors and spider webs, one with the spider moving around in it. It seemed, to have been there for a good while so I left it. Nobody bothered to clean the corners. Fortunately, if you stay here, Walmart is right across the road so you can pick up a can of bleachy, crud cutting comet. This room was on SALE for $86 per night. Initially over $100. Why is there is no iton or ironing boatd inthe room and 1/2 of the flip lock was missing. They were pet friendly, though. My sister had the exact same experience i her room, clean surfaces, dirt, dirty bathroom, floors and tub. She didn't see any spiders though.

Property had people living there. AC unit was extremely loud and people were making noise all night. Loud semi trucks were blowing horns. Booked a non-smoking room because I have asthma. People smoking outside and smoke came in the room triggering me to have an asthma attack. Booked for 2 nights but checked out after the first.

The property is currently being renovated, room by room. The construction crew is not loud, I can see the place will score higher once the work is done. The place really needs renovation but it is hanging on, the staff is doing a good job.
