I thought we were booked at Ruby River. Disappointed. Hopefully when visiting relatives in Spokane again we'll find a better place. Patking horrible. Area scary.

In the morning the house keeper came into our room without even knocking! We even had the sign on the door "do not disturb". I cant believe Hotel Ruby sent me an invoice for parking!!!!

Love to stay at the Ruby when attending concerts at the Fox, Bing, or Knitting Factory because it is just so convenient. Staff is always wonderful, rooms are comfortable, and I like the sapphire lounge there. I will keep coming back as long as it maintains this level.

Charming Downtown Hotel
We loved our stay at Hotel Ruby. Check-in was smooth and the room was fine. Located in Downtown Spokane and surrounded by numerous restaurants. The area was plenty safe and easy to walk. We would definitely stay again at this charming downtown hotel!
