We enjoyed our stay here. We had 3 couples and plenty of room. We spent our days riding UTVs and then unwinded in the evening at the cabin.

Awesome Cabin
We booked this cabin for our annual friends "weekend" that turned into 4 days of fun! It was the perfect location for us near to our friends land so we could ATV the trails and go down to the little bar down the road, go to the lake and drive to the Danbury casino. It was so amazing to have such a beautiful property (with A/C!!!) and comfy beds to sleep in when we were finally ready to retire for the night. We hope to come back next year!!

We loved our trip to the Springbook cottage, the owners were responsive and lovely to work with. The cottage is beautiful, the location is private yet close enough to Hayward and other local communities so we were busy yet relaxed. The firepit and jet tub really were fantastic!

Unfortunately a funeral brought the family to this beautiful property, it was calming and relaxing. We enjoyed fires around the fire pit and meals on the deck. Great to reconnect family from across the country.

Perfect Getaway
This cabin was beautiful and spacious enough for our party of 8. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The cabin was exactly as shown in the pictures. We also enjoyed seeing a bear out back from the deck! Would definitely recommend and would come back. The host was very easy to communicate with and had very quick responses!

Great location, close to Hayward and Spooner. The property is beautiful - deer sightings in the morning and evening. The cabin is very nice, clean and had everything we needed for a nice winter vacation.

From check in to check out, the host had exceptional communication. The property and cabin are exactly as listed - our two families of four had plenty of space, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the wooded location and enjoyed the nearby trails. We enjoyed the quiet area and the bar down the road. Not having a dishwasher was not an issue as we put our teenagers to work with the dishes - this should not deter your stay! We would love to come back to this cabin to celebrate another Christmas/New Year!

We had the most relaxed Thanksgiving ever! The kitchen was well stocked with every implement we needed, and we all slept like babies in the comfortable beds. We did a whole lot of nothing and just enjoyed the couch, wood stove, and each other. It was perfect!

Amazing Log cabin. Owner messaged me back almost as fast as I messaged her about a confusion I had. Had an electric skillet and crock pot which is not at many places. They even left us leave some trailers parked when we did some water fall looking after we checked out of the cabin. So very worth the stay. Just make sure you be the first one to pick beds in your group and realize theres king beds and queens. My screw up but still a great place to stay.

The cabin was extremely beautiful.. Everything was perfect.. love the decor.. The ATV trails in the area were awesome!!! The suggested bar/ restaurant were wonderful. Excellent getaway before start of school
This lodge was perfect for our vacation before the kids go back to school. We couldn't have picked a better place. Close to alot of activities but a quiet neighborhood. Deer, turkeys and other wildlife passing through the property almost daily. The lodge is very well equipped and nicely decorated. My wife wants to move in!

Wonderful stay in Northern Wisconsin
Traveled with immediate family including 2 children under 4 and 2 sets of grandparents. We had a wonderful time! The cabin/property was outstanding and we greatly enjoyed the quiet time in the northwoods, grilling out, and campfires. Nice mix of activities available in neighboring Hayward, Duluth, and other small towns. Highly recommend!

The property was great we just didn’t have time to appreciate it since we were attending a funeral, the yard was great but unfortunately the mosquitoes just hatched and couldn’t be outside. We would recommend this rental very much!

Birkie Week Oasis!
This was our second year staying here for the Birkie weekend. We plan on staying here indefinitely for Birkie weekend, sorry to those hoping to book it for Birkie 😉 We have a group of 8 and it’s such a great space. Kitchen is well stocked for a group that large that cooks a lot. The bedrooms are cozy and provide a quiet respite. The common areas are great for everyone to hang out together. The gas and wood fireplaces are such a great bonus, as well as the jacuzzi! Hosts are very communicative, kind, and easy to work with. Book your stay here! (Except Birkie week!)

Christmas in the woods.
Our family of 5 plus two partners and 2 dogs stayed for 3 days over Christmas. The weather forecast was blizzard like conditions and travel advisories. Our host was flexible with us on check in and check out times that allowed for us to work more safely with the travel conditions including flight delays for one of our guests. This log home was cost and accommodating for our numbers and came decorated for Christmas. This was our second time staying here and we will for sure come back.

WOW! We absolutely loved our visit. The cabin was immaculate! We loved everything about it. Cindy was great with communication and very responsive. We brought our daschund/sheltie mix and she loved it too. We saw a mom deer with twins while we were there. So peaceful and relaxing just escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We have been vacation in the Minong area since before we got married 30 years ago so we were very familiar with the area. Hayward is a must to visit. Especially West Dairy and Trembley’s. We took our boat to Round Lake and ordered carry out from Powells and had a picnic on the boat. The burgers are excellent! Thank you again for everything! Dave, Trish & Libbi

Beautiful place, very centrally located. Wonderful setting to relax.
We had a great time at this beautiful cabin nestled in the trees. Our hosts were very helpful in assisting with our entering the house I did not understand the code process, this may have been because I could not open the attached links, they provided. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back some day.
