My stay was pretty much comfortable. Some of the staff was great but there was one that worked that was rude and unprofessional. I had asked him for an iron in my room and his response was as if I was bothering him. His tone was that of a person that was talking to a bum.

Hated that there was no one working the front desk in the morning. No way for someone to send out mail through the lobby. Hotel had some person on a screen saying hi when we went down for breakfast, which seemed creepy and like BW doesn’t care about the human touch. The pool was closed and there is a gross green covering it - not enticing as a place to come again!

1. I did NOT appreciate having to pay a $200 deposit (for one night), which may take up to 10 days to clear as I paid with a debit card. In comparison, I had a great stay at the Best Western in Bellingham, Washington, where they charged a $25 deposit for several nights. 2. There was a note by the TV remote regarding their recent transition to cable, with instructions to switch to HDMV1 via TV Input. After clicking on HDMV1, I still received the “No Signal” message. This service should have been completed by staff (I would have called the front desk, but it was late.) 3. I appreciated the note regarding the ability to tip the cleaning person via QR Code, but I was unable to scan it with my QR Code reader. (I also suggest having a mechanism to tip the breakfast staff.) 3.

It was an okay hotel, we found a bug in the bed which was not pleasant. Luckily it was not a bed bug but it was was still disgusting. Not a great hotel for the price, no nicer than a motel 6.

Do not stay at this hotel, what a miserable experience. I booked a queen room and called morning of to see what their early check-in was. The front desk asked for my name and pulled up my reservation and told me I had a double room. I said I rented a queen room. She just ignored that and I thought maybe I misheard. I get in and I’m exhausted from driving so I go to sleep and think I’ll deal w the room in the morning bc it definitely was a double. I go to the front desk in the a.m. and they gaslight and tell me, a person that sleeps in a queen every night, that the bed I got was a queen and. I actually insisted that maintenance measure the bed. He measured it at 75” which is a double. 80” is a queen. This was without a doubt 75”. They lied to my face and told me it was a queen. I tried to take this up with Hotels.com but the people lied to them and said that it was definitely a queen even after maintenance verified it was a double. I called back to asked them why maintenance confirmed it was a double and they lied to Hotels.com and said it was a queen. I then told them, all of that aside, I did get a few bites on my legs last night so you might want to check and see if there’s bedbugs. Bedbugs are pretty common in hotels and I just asked them to check. The woman actually said I hope you didn’t bring those to our hotel. So, terrible service and lying employees. Never again.
