The customer service was superb. They were genuinely kind and did everything they could to accommodate, but not syrupy and fake. I can’t say enough about how every interaction felt like you were talking to a friend who cared. HOWEVER, the hotel is dirty. The first room had a disgusting amount of green soap scum on the shower head and the drain was stopped. We called and our room was switched cause maintenance gets off at 3p. We got the room next door which was super convenient. This room was cleaner, but the bathroom had a faint smell of urine and there was hair and dust in the corners. The couch was dirty. You can tell someone is wiping the rooms down and changing the sheets, but it does not appear anyone does a deep clean. It’s a small town with limited hotels and I imagine limited staff. I won’t be staying here again, but that is not due to the customer service. I really enjoyed the staff.

I was not able to click on the stars. However, cleaning was a 3. Staff a 5, property a 3, Area, 4. This was based on the bath tub backing up. The maids did not clean the tub, as well as not keeping floors clean.

Very nice and clean Hotel. The shower was one of the best I have been in, in any Hotel. High pressure show head in the shower. Wish mine at home was that good. Beds and pillow are always an issue, but these beds were very nice, and the pillows were the best I've slept on. Could you tell me the brand of the pillow? I did not see a label on them. The only issue was lack of parking. Someone with a large truck and trailer parked longways taking up 5 spots, but manager had him disconnect and back into 2 spots. Alot of hotel would not do that.

Nothing wrong with the Hotel, the web ad led me to believe there was a bar and restaurant (not so) and the layout for the "breakfast" was poor so that there was always a line to prep toast, pancakes, obtain silverware. However, although it was inconvenient it was bearable. We were in a suite. Just a long room. I get it so when I am up early, I can watch TV and do my morning routine while my wife sleeps. Not here, there was no separation from the couch and the TV was in front of the bedrooms. No reason to call it a suite.
