From the moment we walked in the gentleman who helped us with our room was wonderful very friendly and nice. This is an older hotel but has been recently remodeled. The bathrooms were gorgeous. The room had a nice two-tone paint to it and was very very clean. Mattress was comfortable had a monster TV with tons of TV channels. The in-house restaurant serve Columbian food and had a great selection of Colombian and Island beers. Would definitely stay here again.

Not worth it

The hotel was way overpriced for what they offered. It had the quality of a cheap hotel. The telephone didn’t work, the TV remote didn’t work and the room had no privacy. If you open the curtains since it opens to a wall.. We asked to change room since we are facing a wall, but we’re not able to get another kind of room. I would not recommend this hotel. And, they offer no breakfast.

trains go by really close to property at odd hours. they don't work with you wanted to check out at noon instead of 11 was told no a big group was coming in, wonder how can they clean all rooms at the same time from 11 to noon.

First of all, it is not a hotel, it is a MOTEL. Door opens to the outside, not a hallway. The area is super noisy. The premises are very poorly constructed and run down. The beds were terrible and they provided decorative-sized pillows rather than bedding-sized pillows. It was so bad that I left and paid to stay at another hotel. Stay away from this motel (again NOT hotel).

Overall it is a ok place, it is near the tourists attractions, but far enough away to avoid most of the crowds. You will get your steps in staying here. Be aware that the train tracks are right behind the hotel, our room was in the front of the hotel, so it was never a problem. The shower is nice sized, the water is hot, but lacked pressure. But let me tell you about the hidden gem in this hotel.... the Columbian restaurant De Leon....OMG AMAZING!!!! You will have to wait for a table, but trust me, it is worth the wait! Food is fresh, authentic and more than plentiful, definitely sharable portions. If you chose another hotel, I highly recommend visiting the restaurant, your taste buds will thank me! Happy travels!

Very clean, spacious got all we need it for a night stay, we did not like been assigned a room outside (motel type) with a parking lot in front of our door. Everything else was very good.
