Dirty. First room reeked of urine so they moved us. Next room had visible urine on bathroom walls, a dirty shower and the base of the bed smelled like pee so bad I had to throw away a blanket I brought from home that fell and rubbed against it.

Prepare for anything that can go wrong.
Booked a king premium room with Kitchenette. Got to the motel and they gave us a queen bed. I let the manager know I booked a king. She was extremely rude. She said she has permanent residents in all the king kitchenette room suites and that this is a problem every year during Halloweentown. I asked for a discounted rate due to not getting what I booked. She said she was unable to help me. I asked why I wasn’t notified so I could plan accordingly between sleeping arrangements and food brought. She rudely said that it wasn’t her problem. This is the second time I’ve stayed. Hoped that it was a 1x thing and it was not.

Only one complaint.
Except for the scary steep stairs up to our room or stay was fantastic as usual. We are repeat customers at this location. Though they said there was no ground floor rooms available I did notice that there was at least two that had failed reservations that were actually available. As a person with a disability I figured out how to navigate the scary cement stairs that were cracked and triggered my anxiety but I figured it out. As usual the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the water was hot for showers and had good pressure even being upstairs. They do need to make all the hotels more Ada accessible though that is my only complaint.

Great location near Spirit of Halloweentown area and Bella Swan ( Twilight ) house. There is plenty of parking and the room came with a fridge and microwave. However, the room does have a weird smell. I bought febreeze and fixed the problem. Overall I’d come again- of course with a room spray and personal blanket.

The hotel isn’t bad. Expedia is my real issue. Not being familiar with the area I requested Ridgefield Washington to stay. Expedia had this place listed as only 13 miles away. Sounded great! Except it’s an hour drive because you have to drive some distance to get to a bridge to cross the river. So yes if I had a helicopter it’s 13 miles. If I need to come to St Helen’s I would stay here.

Extremely loud … I lived on this town.. I always heard stories… saw it for myself. Less fortunate locals live there to my understanding. Very inconsiderate of their voices. They hangout outside between the restaurant and hotel. My shower drain was clogged with hair . Kind of gross

I wish the website would say that it's 50 miles from Ridgefield Washington instead of 4.8 miles. I didn't actually stay at hotel had to get a different hotel due to distance from where I was going to be.
