The view was gorgeous. The room was so-so. The parking was horrible. Had to walk down a hill to get to our door. With handicaps, made it difficult. Close to attractions and free shuttle was great.

Our room was so musty smelling turns out it was the air conditioning so we turned it off. My 11 month old daughter who was crawling on the floor I picked her up and her pants were so dirty, carpets clearly aren’t cleaned regularly! Cupboard door covering a hole in the wall also??? Oh to top it off I go to the shower and there is mold on the ceiling! Terrible experience. Really hope we just got a bad room and they’re not all like this but for $270 for a one night stay it’s definitely not what I had expected.

Poor smelly room. There was mold in the small shower stall. The pillows were too small. The toilet was so small and close to the floor it was really hard to get up. It was so close to the wall it was difficult to sit on and there were no grab bars to hold onto to get upThere wasn’t any breakfast meat on the buffet and very limited offerings of pastries.

The location was just what I expected. They were very friendly when I arrived. The room was clean. I felt safe during my stay. All equipment was in working condition. I think the only change would be to add to the breakfast menu.

The biggest issue was you couldn't enjoy the outdoors because there was goose poop EVERYWHERE!!! With no attempt to do anything about it,some of it obviously had been there for weeks. The beds also seamed small But the view was incredible
