This little motel is a real gem. It is small and located near the freeway, but it’s a wonderful stay. The rooms are nestled up against a quiet, lush forest. Linda was quite helpful and a veritable fount of useful information. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and am looking forward to the next time I am on the Hiawatha Trail.

I stayed at the Little River in the middle of a motorcycle adventure. (Arrived in St. Regis from Avery, Idaho - which was a new route for me, and included 15 or 20 miles of dirt road.) The motel is "dated" which is fine by me. It was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable and the (tiny!) shower stall had plenty of nice warm water. It's maybe 150 feet from I-90, but highway noise was not intrusive. I'd stay there again, for sure.

Very convenient St. Regis motel. Not super fancy but it doesn’t need to be. Unfortunately the highway noises are quite loud.

Little river was a nice place. The convenience of the little shuttle that came by to give rides into the main part of town was a nice touch. The bed was a bit on the old side and a bit uncomfortable, but it served the purpose. All in all, it was nice.

Fast but great stay
It was a quick stay as we are traveling across the country. Hotel is older but very quiet and clean. Linda was very helpful and an awesome lady. Made me feel very welcome. Would stay here again.

Nicely maintained cabins set away from other areas of town. Very clean. Owner helpful and nice. Only disadvantage is next to freeway but with a fan on, not really noticeable.

Great little motel with a convenient location. The downtown area is nearby with shopping and good restaurants. There is road noise from 90, but not too bad.

The property is remote. This is an old quaint motel that sits in a wooded area. I did not feel like I was in a city environment. I really felt like I was on vacation. The setting was very calming unlike many motels/hotels. I would definitely stay there again.
