Everyone was very friendly in this family-owned business, and it was very clean. Saw some water stains on the ceiling in our room but the price from Expedia was great and I'd stay there again.

This hotel is a basic, no frills hotel. It was clean, bed was ok. I did notice that baseboards and heating vent need to be cleaned.The pillows were too soft. Two pillows amounted to one. When we asked for an additional pillow, desk clerk seemed confused as to why we would need one. The lobby door is locked after 11pm and there is no one on duty. There is a phone number to call. You have to go in and out by the back entrance. We left before breakfast so I cannot attest to it's quality. I did not smell any mildew or other string pairs as mentioned in other reviews.

This hotel is freeway convenient and staff was warm and friendly. The bathroom sinks were clean, but badly chipped…very badly scraped and damaged. The a/c unit could not be turned off, so the thrum of the machine carried on thru out the night. The breakfast was okay…no salt and pepper for the hard cooked eggs, the bagel seemed a bit stale, and so forth. Pretty mediocre hotel, in a lovely part of the world.

The Inn was generally nice but was way overpriced. For what I did pay, I expected attention to details, a nicer decor and more upscale amenities. On the brighter side, the bed was comfortable, the TV worked, and the shower was good.

Stayed for just one night before a wedding with our 2 year old. Staff was so sweet with him and having breakfast there was super convenient (there were even high chairs and whole milk!). Room was comfortable and even had a leather rocking recliner I could nurse on. Very good experience.

The place had a terrible fish smell for all the 3 days. First breakfast people in the lobby were very noisy. Many screens outside were damaged and gave the place a bad image. Reception is cold looking with outdated furniture. The rooms could have some pictures for decoration.

There is no planet where this is 9.2 rated motel. Half that. My room was painted in a rush. Drip marks everywhere. Even in thecsink. Water tasted of chemicals. Old tv. Missing things like towel hooks on the door. Mattress was mushy. Outside of motel and common areas were in disrepair. Not really in Freeport. Far south. Not much there. I am so mad that i picked them over a motel called 44 something because they said that was under construction. It looked way better passing by. Same price too. Bfast was taken away b4 i could try. Seemed like basic bagels, etc. Its not terrible. Just nowhere near the rating. I had to give them one less star because of that.

I was expecting a little more, given the high ratings on Trip Advisor. Yes, my room was clean and comfortable, which is important to me. The rest of the property was dark and not so nice. However, I was very disappointed with the breakfast offered. Very few options, and, besides the few pieces of fruit, it was all processed carbs. Also, there was no water available....except from the bathroom sink.
