Think twice before staying there !!

We use to love this place , but now we only stay because my daughter and the spa other than that , hotel went down hill , service was horrible , no room service , shower wouldn’t get hot , the people working there have a horrible attitude só yeah in another words they got to change the management or this hotel even though is in a Cassino they are just loosing business !!

Phone in room wouldn’t work the cord was bad I had to call front desk from my cell because there was No hot water has to run for 20 minutes and the ceiling is falling and peeling in the shower. Maintenance guy said that’s how it is. Run shower and sink together for 20 minutes to heat up. Went to 5 different floors every vending machine was out of water and then took payment and didn’t give soda. To get refunded you have to email Pepsi. This was a very bad experience . It was our anniversary we spent a lot of money to come here. Traveled 4 hours. The mattress is also so old with lumps everywhere housekeeping has layers of sheets on it. We were able to switch rooms the next day. Same issues with the bed. Mattress are terrible. Housekeeping brought extra sheets to put on it. That didn’t help the issue. All the staff seemed angry to be there. This was our first time staying here. There aren’t food options. So you will have to leave the casino for breakfast etc. The only perk of staying here is they have an indoor pool and hot tub.

We stayed for nine nights in total. Six nights on floor 12 and the an additional three days on floor 8. The hotel had barley room temperature showers the last five nights of our stay. $27 for a night resort fee and NO hot water.?. When I booked the room the site said it would be a $37.50 resort fee and didn't specific it was nightly. As well as an additional $20 to $25 dollar nightly parking Also they keep readjusting what is being charged to my card still a week later.

The internet cable was exposed in our room. The room was dark, stuffy, not good ventilation. The ac unit/heater made a lot of noise. The bathroom was really dark where the bathroom light was very dim. It was hard to see especially traveling with young children. My family and I had a horrible experience with the bed as well. The mattress was uneven and uncomfortable to sleep on, the pillows were super flat which made it worse. We were very unsatisfied to the point where we had to check out 1 day earlier than our departure. I believe my children started getting sick there due to the bad air/ventilation in the room so we had to leave. The room just smelled dirty overall as if it hasn’t been throughly cleaned.

Comfortable and Roomy

Had previously stayed here under the former Mount Blue name. New Bally's ownership had great costumer service. Everyone was quick and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The rooms are quite too. You could barely hear the other guests. Also pet friendly. That's always a plus for us when traveling.

Stayed at a deluxe king room on the 10th floor. Clean rooms, coffee maker and mini fridge, but no microwave and no hot water in the shower throughout the stay. Small casino floor, not as big as other casinos in terms of machine and tables. Arcade room a couple were not working and not much selection. Pool area was amazing and i enjoyed spending my time in the pool, unique decor. Indoor heated and a hot tub. Restaurant inside the resort was decent but smelled like smoke from the casino floor. 20$ per night for parking.

The hotel itself is nice, the room was a good size. The bathroom was big and shower was big. The pool is nice and it pretty much has what you need at a hotel as far as dining and entertainment. But there were multiple issues we had with our stay. Parking fees weren’t correct on Expedia for valet. The elevator from valet area into the hotel check in area was broken we were told while we had a baby stroller. The vending machines did not dispense any drinks and charged my card as if it did dispense when it didn’t. Tried 4 different options before giving up. No microwaves, wasn’t even an option for rooms. The fridge wasn’t even cold so our milk for our child spoiled. And to top all of this off. Room service tried opening our room door 2 different times without knocking or announcing they were room service for cleaning starting at 8:30 am on checkout day while my wife was getting dressed. She felt violated. Also when we confronted the housekeeper the second time she tried coming in, she just rolled her eyes at us. When I asked her name so I could report the incident, she just continued to walk away from us not saying anything. When we did report this upon check out. It didn’t really seem like staff really cared too much. It also seemed like a possible manager came out of the back office but didn’t really want to get involved so she just kind of stood off to the side like she was hiding.
