We stayed for a quick girls night. Front desk host was very pleasant while checking in, room was clean, beds were soft and comfortable. They did have continental breakfast but we didn't check it out. Pool area was also well maintained. They have a nice bar area as well.

Property is currently being remodeled. Finished areas look good, including rooms. Frequent unmanned front counter for long periods of time. If you needed help (such as pool towels) you eventually leave and do without. Front counter personnel appear to be doing many housekeeping duties.

Seriously gone down hill
We used to come here when our grandson was little, came now for his grad party. I'm not super picky but the room was dirty. I grabbed a towel after the shower and discovered it had not been laundered! Sheets didn't fit the bed so kept slipping off. Pool had to be shut down. Just can't stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I really like the pool area with the hot tub and kids pool. Susan has the breakfast area stocked and clean. She is vary friendly and will brighte anyones days.

This property was dirty. The stairwell had food scattered around the stairs, and the carpeting was torn up. The smell on the second floor was not good. It looks like the carpeting hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Will probably not stay here again.

The room was okay but found a Culvers ice cream cup in the refrigerator. Apparently, it hadn't been cleaned. We were there Memorial weekend. The American flag was very tattered and should not have been flown.

I read all the reviews before reserving so I had low expectations. My expectations were met. The facility is older. The towels and blankets etc had stains on them. The bathtub had a leaky spout and had stained the tub drain area green. The waterslides were closed what seemed like indefinitely. I was traveling with dogs and the policies i felt were a bit restrictive compared to other hotels that allow dogs. I was mildly annoyed the only way to get to the upper floors was through the elevator not through stairs. Stairs are just easier with the dogs. On the positive side, the breakfast i felt was enough and probably the best scrambled eggs from a free hotel breakfast. The hallway was quiet. The front desk ladies had a smile on their face and seemed to be in a good mood and acknowledged me as a human (compared to some other check-in experiences I have had). The room air conditioner worked well and kept the room cool. The pool water was crystal clear and did not smell. Honestly though for the price I paid and everything it was not a terrible stay.

Facility was clean...water pressure in shower not so much. Everyyy customer should be told that the refigerators are off in the room when getting keys. My daughter just had bariactic surgery and all of her food went to waste and when brought up to manager..the reply wasnt verrryy professional
