Started great, ended HORRIBLE!!!!!!
The only thing positive i have to say is that the front desk was very helpful with changing my check in date. Other than that, the experience was not so pleasant. My room was next to a vacant room that was getting renovated. workers were there at 5am banging on walls and making a bunch of noise as they worked. Above my room was the same thing, getting rest was very difficult. The view outside my window was a container used for storing the workers tools and things like that.

I’m as very dissatisfied with my stay. It was extremely dirty inside and the room smelled horrible. I have severe asthma and the room had a horrible stench like smoke. I don’t feel like I should pay full price for my stay. The wall was peeling off, dirty bathroom and the air conditioner didn’t work properly. Please respond with assistance regarding this matter. Great customer service. A Can't wait for the new look. The price was a bit much for the condition of the room in my opinion. The stains on the couch and the carpet made it feel like the room was dirty. I hope you complete the renovation soon as it's a great place to stay for a quick trip.

Rebecca at the counter was very nice and helpful. Carpeting seemed to be coming up away from the floor. Walls were peeling and looked like they might have had water damage or something. Didn’t feel that safe walking around the area but the door had 2 indoor locked so that was helpful. For some reason it was really light in our room even with the drapes closed. Kept waking up thinking it was day time but it was still the middle of the night.

Those were NOT queen sized beds, no matter what front desk says. The top lock was broken, so we used the chair for extra resistance just in case
