Featuring an open floor plan: a large kitchen, family room with a fireplace, a 400 SF sunroom -- all with fantastic views of Lake Marion, stunning sunsets and sunrises. This property is perfect for relaxation and fun.

The large fenced one acre lot is set up for play: fishing from the dock, croquet, cornhole, horseshoes, swimming from the dock (this area has a sandy bottom) -- or relax enjoy the lake breezes from the spacious deck as you prepare a meal on the Weber grill. Inside the fun continues with a ping pong table in the sunroom, and several large screen TVs, an ample DVD collection, board games and books. The property can accommodate trucks, a boat and trailer or bring your kayaks for more water play. The boat landing, Polly's landing is a short drive (4.5 miles) from the property.

Enjoy your barbeque at the large dining table in the sunroom, the expansive bar that seats eight in the kitchen, or sit outside on the deck or dock. Beautiful. Very clean home. Depth of water at end of pier 6 feet, water was down from normal. Senior citizens should take a suitable chair for sitting on pier. Overall very nice with Beautiful Lake Marion sunrises and sunsets!

Thanksgiving getaway
Our family decided to do a Thanksgiving vacation this year and selected this location. We were not disappointed! The house was comfortable and homey. I cooked a full Thanksgiving meal without having to supply any cookware. It had plenty of room to accommodate our family of 10. We enjoyed the dock and parked our boat there to have easy access. The owners were great and reached out to us when we arrived to ensure everything was ok. Thanks! We will rent again.

100% perfect plenty of items to use and fishing was great got a 25 pound blue cat off the dock as well as 2 giant stripers as well as crappy and perch. just cast to the left in Gibbins hole "look on the map on the wall" directly in front of dock is a brush pile to the right is ok. nice and quiet host had lots of games and food available room are perfect . well i cant sat enough good things and i can not think of any bad things to talk about 'THERE IS NONE LOL" thank you for the best stay ever we will be back ; trader mikes sporting goods /marina greenwood lake nj.

Older lake house with wonderful views and comfortable beds. There are included channels on the TVs, which was convenient. Very involved host. This listing does require a secondary short-term rental agreement to be signed before arrival. One-site security cameras, along with their locations and additional rules, are disclosed in the secondary rental agreement. Mayflies swarm
The lake house is clean, well stocked and has an amazing view of lake. Unfortunately the mayflies wouldn’t allow us to enjoy the pier and outdoor space. We did enjoy the view from the sunroom. Granted that the pest are out of the property owners control, a blower was provided to help clear out the mayflies remains. We would definitely rent this property again just not during Mayflies season.

We wish we would of booked the house for longer! This house was just what we needed. Very clean and homey! It was so serene and we loved every minute of it along with all the kids we brought along. House was well stocked with towels, linens, and kitchen necessities. We will be back for sure! Oh and the grill was a plus. Owner was awesome as well.

Great location on Lake Marion. Dock is set up for fishing and we caught a few big ones. House itself is exactly as described. Maybe not the Ritz, but it's Lake Marion. It's perfect for what it is. Very nice screened in porch looking out over the water. Almost a low country feel to the property and views. About 5 min from 1-95 and 10 min from Santee Food Lion. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped appropriately. Great location for a golf weekend as well - plenty of decent courses within about 20 - 30 min. Great spot for a quick get away.

Love, love, love this home!!!
This is our second year in this home. Our hosts make sure we have all the comforts of home in an amazing location. The dock has plenty of fish holders. The kitchen is equiped with everything we could possibly need. The sun room offers a breathtaking view of the lake and we can see the fishing poles on the dock. Plenty of room and cornhole, ping pong, and a whole cabinet of games and puzzles for entertainment. This was our 2d year and we plan on making it a third year in 2025.

Flat lot with 180 degree big water views, gorgeous sunrises in the east and sunsets to the west. Home has lots of books, games, ping pong, tv channels, more kitchen supplies and condiments than we've ever seen in a VRBO. Owners in easy communication. 15 minutes to town; we recommend The Lake House restaurant.
