Nice pool area. Kids loved it. Spa is roofed so is cozy even in rain, however it created a lot of noise that we coud hear deep into the night. We stayed on 2nd floor. Also, I found it could be cleaner in the shower or time to replace it. Otherwise it is nice. The area is beautiful close to the beach, restaurants and shops. You can walk to Coles to get groceries and if you don't have a car, there is a much closer smaller shop is near.

We were provided an early check-in when the unit was cleaned early, which was a nice bonus. This enabled us to take advantage of the more time having fun at our chosen location and kids got to use more of the facilities. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating. Came here years ago as kids and loved the location and pool! Pool was great! It just needs to be heated more, especially the kids pool. It was too cold for us in September, the spa was good. This resort would be incredible with a warmer pool. We booked based on a heated pool. Needs to be around 30 degrees in winter/spring. The rooms are great! Balcony was wonderful with a view and the local bird life coming to say hi. The pillows are terrible. So hard in our room. Parking and access across two roads was great. Easy walking everywhere. Rooftop with little kids play area and bbq’s were great. Great to watch the sunset. Games room was cool. Make sure you contact for after hours access in advance as reception closes early. Free beach toys to use for your stay.

The resort was in a great location to shops, restaurants and bars, our apartment was clean with bathroom and kitchen recently renovated. We would have liked to be higher for better views, ours on the second floor overlooked swimming pool but mostly looked at the high rise car park across the road and the side of the apartments next door. The staff were very nice friendly and helpful.

We had everything we needed for our 5 day stay at the Caribbean. Perfect location with restaurants just a few steps away and the beach front. My daughter absolutely loved the pool and it was topped off with the hot spa. We had instructions for late check-in and it was easy and clear to follow which made check-in a breeze. We highly recommend the Caribbean resort - affordable and great location!
