The bottom level consists of a second lounge room with TV, kitchenette, laundry and fourth bedroom. This level opens onto an expansive deck overlooking a beautifully landscaped concrete pool. Perfect to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Being fully fenced there is plenty of room for kids to play with grassed areas also for furry family members.

There is parking for 2 cars which is a great benefit in central Noosa.

The Lookout - Noosa
A beautifully maintained house on 3 levels, self contained 1 bedroom unit at ground level in converted garage next to laundry. Fabulous heated pool. 3 bedrooms and bathroom mid level. All with excellent decor and presentation. Top floor has stunning view over Noosa River to Mt Cooroy. Kitchen , dining, and lounge, impeccably presented. Decks on top level, mid level and by the pool. A very impressive property. We enjoyed the privacy, scenery and comfort, highly recommended. Top location, very close to Hastings Street.

Was exactly as it appears in photos. Very central to Noosa Junction. Short walk or drive to Hastings street and short drive to Noosaville and Tewantin. Very comfortable for 5 adults. Would certainly recommend and would highly recommend Property Manager Sacha and her service.
