Unit has great proximity to the beach, however it was very dated and has no aircon. I didn’t think this would be a big issue as with the doors open there is enough airflow however the noise from the club downstairs and the birds means you can’t sleep with doors open which meant put up with the very loud noise or suffocate. Overpriced for what you got.
