Very close to Tacoma Dome where our conference was. I don’t think the main level windows lock. There was a meeting held with about 30 ladies directly across the hall early morning. Their door was left open and was very loud with chatting.

I did not like that hours were not posted for breakfast… So when we got down to breakfast… Everything was already shut down and packed in and gone The lighting in the bathroom was so low… I couldn’t really see if the bathroom was clean or not, but it didn’t really feel clean. When we first entered our room… I think there’s a cheap air freshener that was sprayed before we got in there and it smelt really bad

Many homeless people around the corner street. The entrance door locked at night and you have to use your room key to enter. Rooms are not good with sounds, I can hear every single car, train, plane going by really loud. The rooms are old and has many problems: air conditioning units are old and loud, microwave not working, lights not working, fridge is not cold enough. There were no room service for 3 days. The continential breakfast they claimed to be only has biscuits and gravy, no sausages, bacon, or scramble eggs. Bare minimum!

Good stay.
The front desk was very helpful and kind. The room was clean. This hotel is an easy walk from yhe Tacoma Dome, where we had ar event to attend. The free breakfast was very nice. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, muffins, cereal, among other things. My only issue was I found the bed a bit uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy and stiff.

I was a little saddened about the breakfast. I expected scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon to be included. Biscuits, gravy and hard boiled eggs were adequate.

I gave it a 3 because of the house keeping I stayed for 4 nights and kept asking if house keeping could clean our room but they never came. I actually never seen a house keeper. Also when I first got there, I had to change my room 3 times because one room bathroom light didn't work and no maintenance to there at the time, then gave me a room with it not cleaned with cans and towels and bedding messed up and last room was good but soap dish area was rusted and old as well as tub. Bathroom counter had long hair on it and floor needed mopping and all counters could of been cleaner. Other than that front desk was good and everything else was clean. I would go back just need a better house keeping team.
