Unnecessary $150 incidental hold
New hotel rooms are small the bathroom is definitely small. Breakfast was good with a mix of assortments for the picker eater. I don’t like that you have $150 hold when most hotels have only $30-50 for incidentals and they don’t hold it for 3-5days on your charge card.. how is the hold more then the cost of the room especially if the room was paid for when booked. This alone would be a reason I wouldn’t book again..

I love the decoration of the lobby and the room! There’s so many items available for purchase if you would like something or need something you forgot. Pretty cool place! Everything was clean and smelled great too!

I was a little skeptical about the property at first but I'm happy to say the pictures are very accurate. The only 2 things I'm not crazy about is the $150.00 incidental deposit policy (a little high) & the property has no elevator. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. You can still smell the renovation on the property. The 2 night shift front desk reps Emmanuel & Lynn were awesome! They both took very good care of me. Thanks to the both of you. When in the area again I'll definitely stay at the property.

I've never stayed in a hotel where the staff was so concerned with our comfort! They gave us a quiet room when we told them we were light sleepers AND they gave us a sound machine to ensure we sleep well. The decor is delightful. The bed is heavenly. I wish there were other locations so we could stay there. We are will definitely stay here when we return to Tallahassee. Well done, BOB!

The property decor was so amazing - fun and whimsical. It had so much character and they utilized the space very well. Very clean and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent for the price of our stay - the bagels were fresh and huge! I will stay here every time that I am in town. Very pleasant experience.

Upon arrival, they put us in a room that was already occupied by a person which was still in the room. They said their computer system doesn't work. Offered us complimentary water for our inconvenience. They also charged us a 150 deposit fee.
