We were here for just a night passing through. We have little kids a specifically booked this place because it said it has cribs for babies. When we got there and asked for a crib, they said the one they had was really dirty and broken and they only had one. It was a rough night with our baby not having a bed to sleep in. Was not good for the long day traveling the next day.

Was sent an email hours before my arrival saying my room was ready. Arrived, room was not ready. They swapped me to a smaller room, and upon checkout still charged me the suite price. Front desk clerk was extremely rude, “I don’t get paid enough to deal with this”..

Terrible breakfast. Nothing eatable. Eggs potato all from a pack. Pineapple from cans. Rotten bananas. That’s it for breakfast. No efforts not trying. Just give guests the cheapest and worst food possible. Room slight smelled. Windows cannot open. Think was either the couch or carpet in living room that smelled. Parking $20 a day for a rougher area of town while most other hotels of this level have free parking. At checkout I asked for receipt they were out of ink. Still no receipt. Said they will email to me. Still did not receive. Quite incompetent front desk.
