Worst hotel ever!!!
Worst hotel ever! Dont waste your money. I just stayed one night on my way, Is not even cheap so I would have thought it would be decent. Roaches, super filthy! I couldnt even shower, bc of mold. I asked the front desk guy for a refund so I could get a decent hotel and he said he could get me a clean room? so he knew it was dirty, how terrible service. He never gave me a clean room btw so I drove as fast as I could next morning. Worst of the worst.

What could be changed? Spray for bugs. Maybe put a blanket on the bed, instead of the very lightest of, I don't know what it was, a super-thin quilt? And fix the dripping tub spout. And fix the elevator. And open the pool. And fix the smell in the lobby. Yikes. Stay away.

The room I was was very unsanitary. Mildew and layers of dirty. We had roach . And the sheets had hair from prior guest Please refund the full amount. I have pictures.

Trojan waiting in our room upon arrival
Went to the assigned room , couldnā€™t get in the door was jam shut , front desk pop it open , and then we come in the that smelled odd and find empty packages of rubbers on the floor between the bed and wall , went back to the front desk requesting a different room , felt that if the room had Trojan packages on the floor the bed was probably dirty also

We needed a place to stay while evacuating from our home for Milton. While I appreciate that they are pet friendly this hotel is in total disrepair. From the rooms to the parking lot. The walls were dirty and the smell was horrible. If I hadnā€™t been so tired from traveling I would have ran from this place. I donā€™t have any problem staying in an older hotel but please clean the place. I do not recommend staying here

Had to climb stairs to get to room on first floor. He should have warned me about that. No microwave. Blowdryer broken. Poorly lit outside no visible directions to rooms. I was given directions to room but wasnt told that first floor room was on second level so drove around having to stop and get out in the dark to look at room numbers on doors then still had to go back to lobby to ask. Checkin slow.

I would leave zero stars it the option was available. La Quinta should be embarrassed to have their name on this property. Iā€™m 48 years old and I have NEVER been at a more disgusting place. The room was so dirty, smelled HORRIBLE, carpet was damped like from a flooding that was never fixed, bathroom was in deplorable conditions, broken fixtures, extremely dirty tub, toilet, sink. Sheets were visible used and not changed before our arrival, headboard have NEVER been dusted, food crumbs on floor, very visibly insect drops and dead insects on furniture. I had to wipe and disinfect bathroom. We were so grossed out that we slept on our clothes. We did not feel safe, someone tried to open the door of our room at 3 AM. We ran and checked out early in the morning not caring if we wouldnā€™t been reimbursed for the additional days. Front desk was polite but very unprofessional, wearing flip flops with dirty feet and super long toe nails. I would never want to experience anything like that again!Please La Quinta people, remove your name from this place, is misleading and it is NOT a place to be recommended.

The room was dank and dirty and the bathroom tub was dirty and moldy. The shower was broken and the bathroom had zero storage . Dispute numerous pleas the room was never cleaned or tended to in any way. Front desk was most unhelpful. The tv stopped working. Trash never emptied. I have never been so disappointed and disgusted on a hotel stay before - and I was a hurricane evacuee and would have appreciated any shelter. I was overcharged by over 500$ to top it off. Worst stay anywhere in the world EVER!!!! Beware!!

Was definitely not a value at the price paid. We checked out and found a much nicer Marriott a few miles north for a similar price. It was the difference between a one star and a 3.5 star property.

There was blood (not mine) on the sheet, also lots of dirt on the baseboard in the bedroom. Also, hair (also not mine) in the bathtub and a dead roach.

Run down hotel, staff that don't want to be there.
We should have known it was going to be a nightmare when check in took half an hour because for some reason there was only one person on the front desk at peak time . It got worse from there. Parking near your room is almost impossible. The whole site is falling apart. There were blood stains on the duvet and the carpet. The "spare" toilet roll had someone else's urine stains and mould on it and had been rewrapped by housekeeping for the next people to use. Went to the desk for a new toilet roll and was told that it wasn't their job. I asked them to contact the person who would be able to bring one toilet roll and they just stared at me. Needless to say we didn't get any toilet roll and had to improvise. Both nights we had people drinking, smoking and being loud outside our room but the same guy on the front desk refused to help. Overall a nightmare stay in a place that should be shut down over health violations.

Nightmare Stay!
Do not under any condition choose this hotel. It was unbelievably dirty. I slept on top of the bed on my own blanket and would not shower there. The floor in the bathroom looked like it was mopped with a dirty mop and there were dirty smudges on shower wall. Hair of some sort was on the floor. When I checked the mattress, it was dirty and stained. I was very uncomfortable there. I have sent pictures to you as well as the Inn. If you need them again, I will send them. I would LOVE to have my $78.00 in points back, or a full refund!!!!

The room was dirty, none of electrical sockets worked, couldn't turn on the TV no batteries in remote, the floors were filthy, there was a miserable smell in the room, checked in and found a wash rag over the shower curtain, did have good hot water and I think the sheets were clean. Got out of the shower and walked barefoot to the bed and couldn't get in the bed my feet were black....had to wear shoes directly out of the shower. Had to stay one night and could not wait to get out of there the next morning. Drove five hours to get there and was completely disappointed. Would not recommend.
