While Hilton properties are generally good, itā€™s the staff that made this stay awesome. Customer service was #1. After booking my stay for two night. I had to extend my stay a couple of times due to unplanned events. The staff not only extended my reservation each time I requested, they also gave me an additional discount.

At the time I booked this hotel, it was rated 5 stars/Exceptional. Staff were super nice, breakfast was good/average hotel breakfast. My biggest complaint is about the beds. They were so hard and uncomfortable! I stay in a lot of hotels and have never had a problem but these beds were horrible. Will not be back.

This is a bare bones place. No closet, just a short piece of pipe and hooks on the wall. No microwave ā€” had to heat my burrito with the iron. Pump shampoo and body wash, which is okay, but no lotion and a lot of us need lotion after driving all day.
