The employee at checkin was so patience and polite her customer service was excellent, checkout employees were very polite also. But was disappointed in no frig, microwave in the room for the price.

Pros: Room was very comfortable. Grounds were beautiful. We didn't use the pool (only there one night) - but it looked very nice. Staff helpful. Restaurant was really good for breakfast. Cons: No breakfast included (just restaurant) We loved our stay here. It wasn't our first choice in Taos (they were full) - but we'd definitely stay here again!

I like the old-world feel of this place. It is very well positioned for easy access by car to the Plaza, shops, etc. It is close to the old cathedral. One big plus is the restaurant with music every night, and substantial New Mexico dishes.

The stairs were sketchy in spots. Very dated facility BUT fairly clean and comfortable and priced right for that. Just watch out on those steps!! The hotel bar and restaurant were fine. Didn’t make it to the pool or hot tub.

Dirty towel in cabinet, not enough to not even half a roll for 4 people, only 3 towels for 4 people. Only one ac unit in main bedroom nothing for the other room. Hot! Outlets old charger fell right out. Not worth the $$$

Staff wasn't super friendly. Room was pretty old and kinda run down. I was under the impression when I booked a two bed room that I was getting two beds. One of the beds was a Murphy bed. Probably wouldn't stay here again as I've stayed in much nicer hotels there in the past.
