Our washcloths were vey stained, our hand towels and sheets had stains on them also. Before we used the tub, we noticed it had black hairs in it. The tiles in the bathroom were falling off the wall and leaning on the base of the toilet. The front counter man that checked us in seemed very annoyed by us, unfriendly. We had to ask twice where our room was in order to get an answer.

Overall my experience was positive. I had a 3 night stay and the purpose of my visit was to attend the Covered Bridge Festival. I traveled alone, so when alone I'm not that picky about expectations. I booked the room only 45 minutes prior to my arrival and the front desk was ready for me. They also said if I wasn't pleased with ground level they could find me something else. The room was clean, comfortable and had a mini refrigerator and microwave oven. The location was ideal as it is just off RT 41 (easy drive south from Rockville IN and very easy access to Interstate 70 which will get you to Brazil, Mansfield and Bridgeton. I don't know what the hotel's cleaning policy is for multi-night stay but my room was not touched on Friday (I checked in Thursday night) but it was cleaned on Saturday. I check out on Sunday. For early risers coffee was always ready at 5:30am The room heater worked very well. The one negative is that I had requested multiple times to have the room safe serviced. It needed new batteries, and was a simple task of removing one screw holding an access panel on the back of the safe door. The safe was functional when I returned to the room on Saturday evening. Since I was checking out Sunday morning, it was too late. I would consider staying here again.

I don’t usually rate or give reviews on hotel but this hotel deserves it and I think potential guests need to know it too. This Super 8 is way way better and nicer compare to other super 8. The inside of room looks cozy and doesn’t smell like weed like typical super 8 hotel.

Shower pressure was really low, I had to keep taking off the lid of my toilet to fix the chain because it was too long and get stuck so the toilet would continuously run. Breakfast was great. Staff were very professional and friendly.
