Average hotel. Noisiest air conditioner we’ve ever experienced. Couldn’t put it on at night time, as it was too loud to sleep and kept ‘banging’ every few minutes. Subsequently we were very hot at night. Room next to us we could hear everything- toilet flushing, coughing, television. Very disappointed not to receive upgrade. Loud singing every night until 10pm . And from 1-4 am there was a nightclub nearby that kept us awake. All in all disappointed. Not relaxed due to lack of sleep.

4 nights at Kartika were very relaxing and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent as were the facilities. The pool was especially family friendly. We ate outside on the main street each evening which had a great selection of wurangs. Our room was clean and well presented. The walk along the shore was safe and handy to work off our meal each night. Discovery center next door had great shopping. In all, a great stay.

This hotel has always been our favourite Bali hotel and we have been coming here every year for over 20 years. We love the big pool - the room is large and we love having a balcony. Breakfast has always been great.

This is a beautiful hotel, rooms are a great size, pay a little extra for a sea view. Breakfast just a typical buffet, staff are gorgeous and super friendly. Pool area amazing, however, very bad habit exists where 6.30am there is a line up of people getting towels to put on the lounges, then they are not used half the day. The hotel need to stop this.

Bathrooms / toilets in room getting very tired, bath peeling around the rims tap fitting scaled and pitted and basin sinks cracked and pitted. In general the staff and outside facilities were very clean and well equipped and maintained. Only wish that facilities restaurants, bars, or anywhere there are steps to climb that hand rails become the norm for people that need to support themselves whilst using the stairs. Overall we enjoyed our time
