Nobody on the entire staff cared about the comfort of the hotel guests. My wife and I were there for 7 nights and housekeeping was never in our room. I had to use wet towels for my entire stay. I asked for housekeeping every day and they never showed up. I am through with this hotel. I would fire them all!!

The hotel was clean and well kept, service was friendly and fast. The room was accommodating and fairly priced. Only complaint is that the floors need updating.

Didn't like the fact of seeing a roach in the hallway on the first floor. Didn't like that breakfast was over at 9 am oppose to 10 am like most other hotels offering breakfast. Didn't like the fact of no face towels in our room.

The first two nights, the air conditioner rattled loudly. The maintenance man came and thought he fixed it, but then it didn't cool at all. The following night, the weather changed and it was cold out. The heater didn't work either.

When we got there staff was having to deal with an argumentative customer and they were handing it great, but it was taking too long so we decided to come back. We had noticed a sign that said “pool and whirlpool” and were excited to come back to swim and use the whirlpool later in the day. When we arrived later in the day for checkin, it went smoothly and the front desk clerk was great. When we got to our room we noticed the bed was significantly hard and the pillows deflated very quickly. It was not comfortable. The shower water was lukewarm at best and the knob was coming off the wall. We were very disappointed to find that there was no whirlpool and the pool closed at 8. The breakfast was great, but we were ready to go home to say the least.
