The room was dirty. There was crumbs on the desk, floor and chair. The bedding had hair all over it. And mid stay I had to unexpectedly leave the area for 2 days and I was never told that I had to request room service, I got back and the room was never cleaned.

you would not like what I want to say about your service regarding reservation I needed to change and was told by your staff they could not do that , as such I used an other location not only filled my request but for a lower rate and for time I wanted and didn't keep me on hold for 1.5 hours or take the phone off the hook ,is what you call service. NO THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!

Don’t be fooled by the photos!!! I booked two nights here. Walked in and noticed the pool/hot tub had caution tape around it. People wandering the hallways that were sketchy to say the least. The bed is in a V shape, floor, bed skirt, table, bathroom all disgusting with boogers on the shower that hadn’t been cleaned. We stayed on the phone with Expedia for 30 min. The rep told us to wait in the room because someone would come up to have us look at another room.After another 20 min when we went downstairs. Tracy told us no problem refunding both nights as we were not even considering staying. Later Expedia informed us the hotel would only refund one night but that Expedia would give us a $25 credit. Haven’t seen anything yet after I told the lady that it was a joke that Expedia has the pictures on their website reflecting a nice hotel. I booked with Expedia and insured through Expedia expecting that if something like this happens that I would be in good hands. I would not stay here and I will not use Expedia again ( long time customer) if it’s not rectified. Pictures will be uploaded on hotel’s website reviews.

October 2024 - So/so experience
Door to our room wouldn’t lock, had to call front desk, they had us jiggle the inside handle so it would reset. Weird. Breakfast was simple nothing great. Just muffins, hard boiled eggs, apple juice, yogurts, coffee, cereal, and make your own waffles that took forever. The hotel room could have been more clean in my opinion, it wasn’t bad but the floors needed to be hit harder with a clean mop and vacuum and Clorox. We unfortunately forgot our toothbrushes, we asked the front desk and they said they didn’t have any. The little soaps and body bar were Dove brand and good. The microwave was VERY loud… we didn’t want to use it again. Hallways smelled like broccoli farts. The tub drain look forever to drain. The paint on the hallways door was peeling, and a few small spots inside the room. AC unit made squeaking noise.

Absolutely FILTHY. This property was disgusting. Do not stay here. The hallway smelled like a dead body I kid you not. We checked into our room at midnight, and we’re immediately shocked at the blood drip down our toilet. We asked for drone one to clean it and no one was available so I had to do it myself. There was also hairs, stains on the towels and bed. And there was also white residue which I’m assuming was biological fluid on the black bed head. We asked for some sort of compensation and Wyndham refused to give us anything. The breakfast food area was also subpar. The water jug was covered in hard water marks and crust very gross. I’m mostly disappointed that Wyndham would not help us at all. Disgusting hotel and customer service.
