we would like to commend the coffee cafe and restaurant staff working on 12/24-12/26. The friendliest, most courteous and competent. It was Christmas AM and even though they were missing their holiday with family and friends,they couldn’t have been more cheerful!! we loved the costumes as well. Also commend the desk staff who were most accommodating!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The Toilet in our room would not stop running unless we took the back off and unstuck the plunger, and the heater was making a rubbing/grinding sound while running. Very loud throughout the room. We had to turn off the heat and fan in order to sleep. In the morning we wanted to have a slice of toast as we are gluten free, we normally have our own and get it toasted, unfortunately the Sheraton would not do this, we had to purcahse 2 slices of bread from them for $6.00. Very unfair treatment. We will not be staying at a Sheraton again. And yes we travel extensively.

We traveled down for an Erie Otter hockey game but was canceled due to a blizzard. We were pretty much stuck at the property as everything was closed. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and most stayed at the hotel overnight to ensure all the guests received top quality service.
