Nice convenient location for the venue we were attending. Great proximity to Eaton centre and transit. Terrible parking unless you drive a car, definitely not if you own a van, suv or truck. The room was small but adequate, and wellequuped with fridge and a safe. Would stay again.

We could hear the music of the couple in next room most of the night, then hear them arguing and banging door in and out at 230 am until 330 am then woke up to them having terrible loud sex at 7:45 am at which time we decided to check out although we didn’t plan on leaving until 11 am as it was our anniversary. Horrible evening and night.

Reported at the start of the stay about the musty smell never got any reply and also there was an accident where cleaning staff broke a bottle of cologne which they left a note explaining the accident yet it took us to go down to the desk later for them to acknowledge it and reimburse us. Overall, I had an okay experience. I chose the executive king bed room. I’m not sure if I was actually given that or not; it was supposed to included pillow selection and robes, neither were. It might have been some oversight and I didn’t complain, but I also didn’t get what I paid for. Speaking of what I paid for, I did pay for breakfast to be included. The staff were pleasant but the food was mediocre. There are a lot of places to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner nearby and I would definitely go to those places before I’d pay to have breakfast at the hotel again. Lastly, I was really kind of grossed out by the toilets that were near the dining area. The urinals were no flush and while I appreciate trying to be eco friendly, the toilets have to not smell like urine soaked carpet. Another disappointment in that same bathroom was the toilet seat. It was a cheap plastic that looked clean enough but was stained yellow. Not exactly the best experience, but it could have been much worse too.

This hotel is really well located, just aside a Loblaws and a 1min walking from College Station (line 1). The staff is courteous, smiling, energetic & very professionnal. The room is small but the furnitures are well-adapted, the bed was large enough and comfy. The only sad thing was that windows were letting a small drift of cold air get inside the room, but after talking with the staff, they will take care of it as soon as possible. The small bathroom was well-provided with towels and other amenities, and the shower was working well, despite the washer tape of the pommel need to be re-done (water was leaking, but it didn't cause any serious issue not affected the water pressure) I let the staff know about it and I'm confident they will resolve the situation quickly. Outside of the minor problems, I still think it's a very good place to stay and I would not hesitate to come back for another stay! 🙂
