Visited for the eras tour and was very impressed with the amount of organization and communication surrounding the entire weekend. Hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Restaurant in the lobby served amazing food. Location was fantastic, right downtown and everything was in walking distance. On our check out day, we had a late departure time and the front desk let us store our luggage after check out so we didn’t have to carry it around. Overall highly recommend this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at the One King West Hotel. What a gorgeous hotel with beautiful and fun ambience. The food and drinks at the bar were amazing! The entire staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. We were so impressed - would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Toronto!!

Great vibe and nice big rooms! The bar/restaurant was reasonably priced and had a great atmosphere. Parking is really pricey, but the hotel was reasonable for downtown Toronto. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful city view at night! VIP parking was convenient and efficient but very expensive! Nice clean rooms though small. The standard king is really just big enough for one person. I would stay here again even better if you don't drive and have to pay for parking.
