The property itself is in a great location. The rooms are nicely made up. However, I could hear all noise in the hallway through the door. The bell man David was very pleasant. The staff at checkin, and later when I had a question seemed to be more standoffish and appeared annoyed.

The front desk clerk was rude, the waiter for morning breakfast was rude and made us wait for no reason to bring us our drinks. There was no one else in the dinning area and I had to get up and look for him to get our juice and water. Ridicules customers service, the only person in this whole establishment that was professional and curious was the bell boy who helped us with our luggage.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Diana!! Located right on the beach and perfectly located. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The building is absolutely beautiful and has very fascinating architecture. The hotel also provided towels, which was very handy. The only issue was the parking, which is tricky to figure out and I recommend you contact the hotel ahead of time so they can help you sort it out. Tossa de Mar has limited parking and many streets are frequently closed, so navigating can be difficult if you aren't sure. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Tossa de Mar!

The hotel has unique architecture. We had a room overlooking the sea which was wonderful as there were two comfortable chairs and a small coffee table to sit and look out at the scenery and activities whilst drinking a G&T.

Everything was excellent. The front desk people were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay great! The breakfast was phenomenal with a large variety of choices. Our room was beautiful with a balcony and an unobstructed view of the beach/ocean. The location was fabulous with easy walking from bus station and right in the heart of Tossa. The staff was most friendly and very helpful!
