On check in, clicked on daily room clean. Not once was it cleaned in 4 nights. On NY Eve mentioned to the room security check officer who said she would pass that on. Still not cleaned. Found a housemaid outside our room cleaning the room next door and asked her for toilet paper, towels, shampoo and conditioner and advised her as we were leaving the next day not to bother making the bed. She was rude and reluctant to give us supplies. Last day at 5am shower was cold. Great room, great check in and out but no room cleaned throughout 4 day stay

The location is fantastic—close to local attractions and eateries, making it convenient for exploring the area. The hotel itself has a nice atmosphere. However, I was a bit disappointed with the rooms. They felt outdated and could really use a refresh. Additionally, the lack of basic amenities made my stay less comfortable than I had hoped. It would have been nice to have things like a microwave, coffee pot or better toiletries.

Often over our 3 night stay the elevators or escalators were out of order making the trips to our room a little bit of a detour. Also the elevator in the one tower would not let us access the pool even though the elevator indicated it was for the pool. Also - extremely long wait when checking in.

You must use mobile check-in.

Room was clean. Carpets are getting old. The check-in at the kiosk was a miracle compared to the 200 people waiting in the agonizingly long check-in line at the registration desk. Our view wasn't great but the rate was good. The TV picture was dark and we couldn't brighten it. The hotel was very crowded and frenetic. If you like buzz and excitement, it would be great.

Staff is rude and unhelpful in almost every area of the hotel. Additionally, we requested a luggage cart and they temporarily lost our things. It took over an hour to locate and bring them to us. If you book through Expedia, you will not be treated as a welcomed guest. You will probably not get the room you were expecting either. We had to pay extra to upgrade our room. Besides the room not being up to par, it did not have a strip view, as it should have had per the reservation. It would have been better to book directly with the hotel, price wise and all. I would not recommend Paris Las Vegas regardless.
