The staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful and welcoming. They were so nice. The carpet throughout the hotel (hallways and elevator) could use a good cleaning, but our hotel room was okay.

We were on the second floor and the third floor didn't have enough insulation between us and them. We could hear footsteps a lot. The beds were uncomfortable for my taste. However, everything else was fine. It was clean and the staff was pleasant.

The room was so outdated - it was musty and damp. There wasn’t even a closet / the ironing board was propped against the wall and the iron was on the floor. Dining area for breakfast was so dirty. Staff was not coming out to wipe tables for new people to sit and eat. Stained and dirty chairs.

Good location. Room was clean. The only issue we encountered was the intense sewer like smell in the bathroom. Called down to front desk, and the gentleman stated he would review his options to fix it and call back or come to the room. There was no call or visit to solve the issue.

The staff was very open to letting us have a small family reunion in the breakfast area with family that lives in the Traverse City area. Everyone was friendly and even a visitor took pictures for me. I have included the name in my FaceBook message comments. Will stay there again.

Check in went very well. Parking lot noise was very loud at 6am due to Semi traffic. Breakfast was poor as food was cold, limited and unmanaged!! Average stay, would not return!

Staff was off-putting and unwelcoming. We came here after several nights of camping and specifically chose this place so we could do laundry. Front desk staff did not help make change for the machines and did not suggest any other places we could go to make change or do laundry. There was one washer and one dryer for the whole hotel, and the dryer did not work so we ended up having to leave with bags full of wet clothes. Again, front desk staff did not offer any assistance. General state of the hotel was dirty and grimy. Our toilet had issues and the shower did not drain well. On top of the broken dryer, this just made for a really disappointing stay. It was not much better than the state of a campground shower/facilities. I would avoid this hotel.

Very disappointed, The bathroom had no counter, mirror or hooks to hold towels. Sink was outside the bathroom. No closet to hold garment hangers. Hot/ cold water fluctuate in shower. We stayed 3 nights, no one removed used towels, emptied waste baskets, cleaned sink or made bed.
