Friendly Shuttle Staff
We booked it because it was a waterfront hotel. When I asked about our view, I was directed to the elevators, which should have tipped me off. Our room overlooked the rooftop covering the drive up and the parking lot, with no water view. The blackout shade was inoperable. We asked for toothpaste and didn’t get it. Asked again in the AM and got it and they were friendly. We passed on the continental breakfast but it was toward the end of service, it may have had something to do with it. The shuttle was super friendly, very convenient and responsive.

One of the best hotels in Traverse City. Little expensive, but very nice! The staff were very accommodating and let us check-in 3 hours early. Staff were very helpful!
