We encountered an issue our first night ever staying here. We had 2 hungry kids and ordered room service. We were told that it would be 40 minutes before we got it. We accepted that and after about 45 minutes called again and was told ohh I estimated the time wrong it will be another 15 min. Not very happy we decided to wait. Then 5 min later got a call back stating our order never got put in. Upset and very frustrated we asked to speak to the manager who was absolutely amazing, and stated he would have it right to the room and apologized for the inconvenience and offered to comp our meal. Once the order got there we were missing one and a dessert wasnt correct so we called back and he again rushed it right over and added in an additional dessert. Mario the food and beverage manager went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and happy with our stay. It was our anniversary the next day and we dined in at the restuarant and they brought is some champagne to celebrate. Overall, highly reccomend staying here. Most of the staff is very polite and accomadating. The room was clean and spacious with amazing views all over the property. We are from Tucson and had never stayed here but will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, pickle ball courts, listened to jazz music in the bar, ate at Palm and took several walks around the property. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend.

Lovely accommodations and amenities. Front lobby white older female shoulder length hair was rude. Never acknowledged me when I went to speak with her. Too busy. Shower door in room 334 does not stay closed. Restaurant staff - Katie and all were excellent. Very attentive and welcoming. We have stayed here several times and will Be back! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Use to be a beautiful property, now very run down. Spots on rugs in rooms. Grounds are very unkept. Food was a B . Most staff were nice, tho the check out lady was terrible. When we tried to point out some problems in the room, she didn't seem to care. Once a beautiful destination point, but no longer worth the prices that they charge.

So many options, nearby pools, tennis, pickleball , trail walking, close enough to the city but far enough to be peaceful. Scenery on the grounds was beautiful with a mountain background, just spectacular, almost surreal!
