While it is a great place to stay, it does require some repairs, as there was a disturbing noise from the tap in the next room, which I reported to the staff but they ignored.

The bathroom facilities were not very well suited for an aged person. While there was a rail to hang onto, it was still difficult to get into and out of the bath tub for a shower. Also the taps being under the small shower head it was hard to adjust the water temperature prior to entering the bath tub without getting wet.

The receptionist was very kind, welcoming and friendly. The hotel was well presented and had a great ambience. The room was clean and comfortable. We walked to the shopping centre nearby for dinner which was so convenient. Very happy with our experience and will be back!

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well set out. The bed was comfortable. The heater working and warm. Staff very friendly and helpful. No breakfast however, only a short walk to the shopping mall. Would stay again.

Well located near shops and restaurants. Quiet location, great parking around back. Reasonably priced. Hotel has some threadbare carpets in places - but largely cosmetic issue. I would stay again, but owner should spend a few dollars to improve carpets in some areas.
