There was nothing Quality about this hotel. The keys didnt work, had to change rooms twice. The pillows were too small for a king size bed. The refrigerator didnt close and the microwave wasnt plugged in. I reserved 2 rooms and in one room the tv didnt work. They did serve breakfast which I did not eat but the coffee was decent, probably the best part of this stay. The hotel is not cleaned properly and the carpeting appear to have not been cleaned in a very long time. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

No hairdryer in room- when I asked the front desk she laughed and said we don’t have hair dryers. They are remodeling and the entire place had a horrible smell. It was dirty and had bugs near the breakfast. We did not get service in a multi day stay. AC was always on but never cooled the room. Curtins had several rips. Doors slammed shut so you heard every time someone came and went. Entire stay was terrible!

The worst experience
My stay was a nightmare, the lady at the front desk accused me of flicking her off and tried to kick me out for no reason , apparently she had the wrong person,I guess all black people look alike smh , hotel is nasty. Front dest people are rude and nasty STAY AWAY

Perfection
It was great. I over slept due tot he bed being really comfortable. I have no regrets on being late to my event! Staff was friendly and McDonald’s is across the street so I was able to get a late night snack

Manager/Employee cover up!
Someone is lying and its not me! When we entered our room, we noticed an empty key card envelope by the tv, which I thought was odd. The bathroom floor had dirty footprints exithe shower, water beads on the ahower floor, and a used bar of soap on the shower floor. DISGUSTING! I took pictures and notified hotels.com and the front desk. I was told no one could have entered our room ( I believe it must have been an employee) because it was evident SOMEONEtook a shower and it wasn't us! Hotels.com called the hotel and was told to call back on Monday to talk with the manager. Today I was told the manager found no evidence of what I said and submitted photo proodf of. The hotel denied a refund and Hotels.com said there was nothing they could do but refund me 50%! I am appalled!

You Get What You Pay For
You get what you pay for, the hotel front desk was nice the waffles was good. They are starting to work on the hotel so you might get woken up. Don’t check out early you will have a hard time getting a refund even a credit back to your account.

Unfortunate…..
I have been staying at this Quality Inn for several months and never had a problem until now. I was in room 313 over the weekend and I unfortunately got ate up by bed bugs! I am very disappointed and upset as to when I called to tell the manager about it, I was given a generic apology and not even an offer for compensation or a free night but that they would check into it. I know I didn’t have any bite marks on my body before I stayed at this hotel and now they are on both my arms, and across my neck and back. I am disturbed and disappointed and I’m hoping and praying I didn’t bring any of those lil pests back into my home. I will unfortunately not be going back to this hotel any time soon.

easy to get in & out. Shopping & food almost at the door. The place was very well lite with plenty of lighting . I felt safety from car to building and for the car in that parking lots.
