All in all it was a good stay. Great location, everything you need is within walking distance if you want and the staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean, everything looked good and most of all, it was awesome to have a cook to order omelet bar in the morning. You don't get that often.

I'm really shocked at the expedia rating for this hotel- "wonderful". The hotel is dated, it has worn carpet in the hallway and rooms. The fact that it has carept at all in a pet friendly hotel is gross but especially in the rooms. The bathrrom was basically a toilet closet with a shower inside it- barely enoughroom to turn around in. The only sink and counter space was out in the open in the room. The "queen" beds were actually Full size. The only redeeming quality was the complimentary breakfast. Along with the usual, they had someone taking egg / omlet orders and it was delicious. Otherwise, would not willingly stay here again.

Large and comfortable
One king bed in one separate bedroom and one queen bed in outside room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed needs some blankets to make it comfortable, but we were happy with this room

I was participating in a dog show (a scentwork trial) in Jerome and stayed at the Best Western there. The hotel was clean, quiet, and convenient to places to shop. There is a McDonalds right across the parking lot, which worked for me. Check-in and check-out were both easy and quick. And, of course, dogs are allowed, which is great.

We stopped for the night on a road trip. Our room was dirty upon check in, but the front desk girl was very kind and moved us immediately. We had very loud neighbors, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall it was good for the money and we would stay here again for a quick overnight, but not an extended stay.

Garbage in dog area foul and overflowing. Not the hotels fault looks like a lot of stuff from MCDonalds, also not the hotels fault, but dog owners need to pick up their dogs poop!

Hotels.com listings are misleading
The listing is very misleading and so are the photographs. This is why I almost never use Hotels.com. It is a very misleading site. The hotel had very limited parking. There was no wi-fi in the hotel and no cell service near the hotel. The room was dirty. The hotel was dirty. The pool and hot tub were filthy. The breakfeast was above average. The location was not well maintained.

I was trying to book a room in mountain home when I went to hotel.com the best western pops up. I know that mountain home has a best western because I have stayed there many times. I book the room and when I got there at 11pm I found out that I didn’t have a room there because hotel.com found a room in Boise an hour in the opposite direction I was heading. Why would hotel.com show rooms in a city an hour away from the destination city? I ended going to Jerome and found a clean hotel to stay in.

Nice property - pleasing reception area, nice breakfast area- pool is open 24/7, which is good - most places close the pool at 10. We didn’t use the pool or spa but I peaked in and it looked very nice. There are some places to eat nearby but we had lunch leftovers and did not go out. Easy parking and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and I really liked the shower. We had a double queen. I would recommend this hotel!
