Staff was amazing. We arrived before 4pm from our 6 hour drive trip. They where able to get us in our 2 rooms earlier. The starbucks in the lobby was a plus. Rooms where very clean bed was so comfortable. Loved that the shuttle bus arrives every 10 15 minutes through out the day. Takes you to city walk which is walking distance from universal studios. We would absolutely stay here again . Highly recomend.

We came to the Sheraton to visit Universal Studios. The location can't be beat. The shuttle is a HUGE plus but we also walked one day and it really wasn't that far. Every single staff member we talked to was incredible, professional and nice. The pool, bar and restaurant were all great. My only cons were they closed the pool for a bit to do a photoshoot, which was fine but notice would have been great. Thankfully it wasn't closed long. The cleanliness of the room could be improved, seems like they likely don't give staff enough time to clean each room. However the beds were beautifully made and the amenities were great. We've learned to bring our own disinfectant sprays/rags to get hotel rooms feeling a little cleaner. Overall this is one of the best stays we've had.

The property and amenities were nice. Staff were friendly. Shuttle was provided to get to and from Universal Studios. Only complaint was the pull out sofa. I booked a last minute trip and there wasn't any rooms with 2 queens left, so I was stuck with a room with a king bed and pull out sofa. My teenagers slept on it and complained that it was hard. It needs an extra layer of memory foam topper.

There were lots of ants in the room, particularly by/on the bed. When we went to the front desk, at first they were like "there are no rooms avilable", but after they checked with "someone else" they found a room.

Nice Hotel, walking distance to the nearest metro station that connects to Hollywood and 2-3 minutes walk to universal studios. Pathway in and out of the hotel could be improved but over wise a very good hotel to consider while staying in Los Angles.
