The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. When my husband and son walked to the convenience store, they passed multiple people sleeping on the streets and other people that didn’t appear to be tourists or locals going about their day. It was fine during the day, but I would not recommend venturing out after dark. It is about 20 minutes from downtown and 25-30 minutes from the airport.

Very stylish and comfortable rooms. Our room was missing some amenities like a mini fridge and there were only 5 hangers in the closet. Some parts of the layout of the room weren’t intuitive (toilet paper ring was hard to find, tea kettle was located far from an outlet). The neighborhood smelled pretty foul and there was a constant stream of unhoused individuals around the building, but I know that’s inherent to the area. Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend to a friend, with those caveats.

The Graduate Hotels are fun and quirky and Seattle's hotel is no exception. I did not recieve Expedia VIP rewards at all from the hotel. We also had to pay almost 70 dollars with all the taxes and fees to park here for one night. (Not including tip) It is on campus and there are lots of dining options but there are also lots of homeless sleeping on the sidewalks.

Good location as we are in town for STP. Perfect size room with beautiful view. Check in and out were smooth. We took the light rail from Seattle Chinatown to the hotel. Once we got out of the light rail station, hotel is just right across the street!
