We had issues with our tv, and the person at the front desk came and really put in an effort to get our tv working. The breakfast needed to be replenished, not enough food out. The room was a strange and dated layout but we were told it was being renovated shortly.

I was there for 2 nights and slept well - no outside (or inside noise). The bed and bedding were comfortable as was the temperature of the room. Staff were pleasant and helpful and even put my ice packs in their freezer for me!
