We arrived with a very large group, family and friends. We are definitely a louder crowd which could annoy some, but your staff made us feel so welcome and used our first names Daily when they saw us. People who stood out to us, were Karen the manager, Kevin and Marley outside bartenders and Jody the outside bartenders And the breakfast wait staff were also amazing! Randall was very kind and patient with us. Overall, your staff is fantastic and very accommodating. Our rooms were clean as was the property itself. And staff from housekeepers to valet and all in between were absolutely amazing. Worth the money!! Keep up the great work, Maureen Kennedy

Great place with a welcoming staff! One small concern, which seems common with many hotels, is the numerous fees. If there’s no option to opt out of certain services, it would be better to include them in the overall price. Otherwise, it feels like you’re being charged extra for things that should be included.

The thoughtful and beautiful design of the hotel, from every perspective, was outstanding. The spa was perfectly convenient. The bar tender, Jody, was uniquely uplifting and talented. The beach was stunning and calming! We extended our stay due to our enjoyment of all the amenities.
