The shower curtain had a lot of mold on it snd needed to be replaced. The key machine was not working and had not been for several days. So none of the outside doors were locked. Our room could not be locked if we left it. The beds were not as comfortable as most hotel 8 beds are.

Smelly, stinky room, YUCK!
I had to ask for a different room because the first room I was put in smelled terrible it was making my asthma flare up and there was a pee spot on the floor. My second room was much better. The next morning they deactivated my room key 3 hours before check out. When I went down to grab breakfast, I was locked out of my room and had to walk back down to the office, with my breakfast in hand, they had to reactivate it. I will never stay here again.

Problem with the key making machine, such as it would not work. No room keys. The person on duty took care of everyone. Using a master key to let us all in our rooms. Very nice and professional. BIG room and clean. Very good breakfast.

We had a pet with us so naturally we were given a pet room, but the urine smell was powerful! Additionally, the clerk who was checking us & others out in the morning was incredibly curt & rude. He seemed very annoyed to have to answer anyone's questions, receive key cards back or have to print a receipt. It was obvious he didn't like his job.

santa rosa nice smaller hotel good price
this small hotel was very pleasant. Its a little older but we were very comfortable with nice beds and very clean rooms. It was so nice we stayed again ckming back through. we enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the people that work there were so nice.
